Here are some questions that I found useful to answer to help develop the documentary's goal:

-What's the focus?

-What story do you want to tell?

-What topics will be explored?

-What information do you hope to convey to your viewers?

-What aspects of your topic are most compelling?

-Are there new angles to explore on your topic?
